Robert Graham founded GrahamComm in 1999 following 13 years of successful selling and global travel to 30 countries on six continents. With a knack for moving a crowd and closing sales, Robert decided to dedicate his professional life to helping others do the same. His global vision and passion for life underscores all our programs.

Today, GrahamComm helps organizations like Samsung, Twitter, Microsoft, Facebook, Sony, eBay, PayPal and the US Department of Homeland Security deliver groundbreaking presentations and dramatically increase sales. We believe people can change their behaviors and improve their results, and they can do it quickly and enjoy the process. GrahamComm is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we travel worldwide to help our clients develop outrageously good presentation skills, communication skills and sales skills.

Robert has a background in Social Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and was ranked one of the top speakers in the Western United States by Toastmasters International. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and past V.P. of Professional Development for the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). His ability to connect with people and help them be more successful and confident drives all his client work.

When he’s not leading workshops or coaching his clients, he can often be found surfing in Mexico (he’s fluent in Spanish), cycling the hills of Oakland or screaming across San Francisco Bay on his windsurfer.


Sarita Vasa

Sarita Vasa applies her 15 years of experience in passionate public speaking, theater and improv to support her clients. Sarita specializes in Presentation Training and Coaching,
Leadership and Career Development and Life Coaching. Her goal is to help people become the best and most authentic versions of themselves.

Sarita’s foundation for her work is supported through her regular practice of yoga, mindfulness meditation and dance. She has a passion for supporting speakers in gaining awareness, being present and enjoying the process of presenting.

Rick Kahn has more than 20 years’ experience in leading organizational change and has a background in leadership and communication. His focus is on emotional intelligence, helping clients grow personally and professionally.

Rick lives and breathes the meaning of work-life balance. When he’s not on planes or locations serving up training programs on Communication Styles, Difficult Conversations, and Team Agreements, he’s barefoot in his ocean-view office coaching clients or out riding waves.
