Our Sales Coaching programs cater to salespeople at all levels. Each session is unique depending on the salesperson’s knowledge and experience but may contain any or all of the following:
- Plotting the sequencing and tactics of each step of the sales conversation
- Practice and role-plays of all parts of the sales conversation
- Practice prospecting, cold-calling, leaving voicemails and emails
- Delivering sales presentations and demos
- Video of all practice sessions (often the most potent part of our work)
- Shadowing actual sales calls (AKA “ride-alongs”) and doing postmortems
- Reviewing and editing sales scripts and processes (CRMs, record keeping, time management, internal motivation)
- Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to cement learnings and promote long-term growth and mastery
