Our structured methodology covers the full arc of the sales conversation, from opening and discovery through presentation, objection handling, and close. Coaching is available both in-person and virtually, with flexible scheduling to fit individual and team needs.
Great salespeople write their own ticket, and their earning potential and career flexibility are unlimited. GrahamComm’s sales coaching program, done both virtually and in-person, is a customized, intensive process that will help you become a more systematic and successful salesperson—quickly.
Our coaching programs cater to beginning to intermediate salespeople and are often pared with our Sales Training courses. Each session is unique depending on the salesperson’s industry, sales process, knowledge and experience. Our sales coaching programs will help you learn our proven methodology to connect, uncover, serve and close.
The GrahamComm Sales Methodology
1. Connect: Building genuine rapport & connection with prospects, establishing trust, and creating the psychological safety that makes buyers open up. Mastering first impressions both in person and in virtual selling environments.
2. Discover: Asking the right questions to surface a prospect's real needs, motivations, fears, and buying process. Learning how to listen at a deeper level so you can position your solution with precision.
3. Present: Crafting and delivering sales presentations and solutions that directly address what you uncovered. Using storytelling, data, and social proof in the right sequence to move the buyer forward.
4. Close: Reading buying signals, handling objections and hidden objections, and guiding the conversation to a confident, natural close. Removing the awkwardness from asking for the business.
Let us help you accelerate your sales career.
How the coaching works:
Every engagement begins with a discovery call to understand your specific situation, goals, and the biggest gaps in your current sales process. From there, we build a customized coaching plan.
Sessions are available in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area or virtually for clients nationwide and internationally.
Individual coaching sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes, with frequency customized to your pace and goals.
Group coaching for sales teams of 2 to 12 is available as half-day or full-day intensives.
Every session includes real-time role-play practice, video review, and In-The-Moment-Coaching so you see exactly what is working and what to adjust.
Each participant leaves with a personalized Action List of their top behavioral Quick Wins to practice immediately.

Our sales coaching is designed for a wide range of sales professionals: individual contributors looking to accelerate their income and career, account executives struggling with objection handling or closing, sales development representatives who want to build stronger discovery skills, and sales managers who need to level up their entire team's conversation quality. We work with both individual salespeople and corporate sales teams, and we frequently partner with HR and L&D leaders who are looking for an external sales training provider with a track record of measurable results.

Most sales training programs teach theory. GrahamComm coaches behavior. We break the sales conversation into specific, observable behaviors and use a combination of live role-play practice, video feedback, and In-The-Moment-Coaching to show you exactly what is working and what needs to change. Because we also come from a deep background in presentation skills and executive communication coaching, we are uniquely positioned to help salespeople not just with what they say, but with how they say it, including their physical presence, voice, pacing, and the way they structure and deliver their message. Our clients at companies like Samsung, eBay, Cisco, and Facebook consistently rate our training highly.
-
Results vary by individual and are dependent on continued practice and application of what they learn, but past clients report a measurable uptick in sales results within a few weeks of completing coaching. Common outcomes include higher close rates, stronger discovery conversations that uncover deeper buyer needs, reduced anxiety in high-stakes sales situations, more effective sales presentations, and the confidence to handle objections without losing momentum. One client described seeing an immediate increase in closings and revenues after just two days of team coaching. Our behavior-based approach is designed to produce changes that last long after our work together ends.

Every engagement begins with a discovery call to assess your current sales approach and identify the highest-leverage gaps. From there, we build a customized coaching plan. For individuals, sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your goals. For teams, we offer half-day and full-day group coaching intensives that combine structured learning with live practice. All sessions include role-play exercises and video review. Participants leave each session with a concrete Action List of behavioral Quick Wins to apply immediately in their next sales conversation.
-
Yes. We work with both individual salespeople and corporate sales teams. For corporate clients, our sales coaching engagements typically include a team audit to assess current skill levels, customized training and coaching tailored to your specific product, buyer, and sales cycle, and the option for sales managers to be present during group sessions so they can observe their team and develop their own coaching skills in real time. Past corporate clients include companies in technology, finance, healthcare, and professional services.
-
Both. Our sales coaching program is available in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area and virtually for clients across the United States and internationally. Virtual coaching sessions are conducted via video conference and are fully interactive, including live role-play practice and video review. We find that virtual coaching is highly effective for individuals who prefer the flexibility of remote sessions and for corporate teams with distributed sales forces.
-
Program length is fully customized to your needs and goals. Some clients complete their core objectives in four to six weekly sessions. Others prefer an ongoing coaching relationship over several months to work through multiple phases of skill development. For team coaching intensives, many organizations begin with a one or two-day program and follow up with individual sessions for high-potential reps. We will recommend the format and duration that makes the most sense for your specific situation during our initial discovery call.
